Professional Chartered Qualifications
The exact qualification requirement differs from one post to another. Applicants should therefore not assume that one qualification makes them eligible for every vacancy.
For example, the Lecturer Grade II post accepts several qualification routes including a relevant Special Degree, a General Degree with a relevant postgraduate diploma, or Associate Membership of a recognized professional chartered institution in Engineering or Science.
Age Limits
The same age limit does not apply to all NAITA vacancies.
For Director / Principal, Assistant Director – Administration & Supplies, and Assistant Director – Maintenance & Civil, the age limit is 30 to 55 years.
For District Officer, Training Officer, Accounts Officer, Database Administrator, System Administrator, VRU Service Officer, Quality Assurance Officer, Transport Officer, Instructor and Translator, the age limit is 22 to 45 years.
For Assistant Director – Information Systems, Assistant Director – Certificate, Lecturer, Instructor Assistant, Technical Illustrator, Laboratory Assistant, Litho Machine Operator, Driver, Skilled Craftsman and Office Aide, the age limit is 18 to 45 years.
The upper age limit does not apply to internal candidates.

Applicants serving in Ministries, Government Departments or Statutory Bodies should forward their applications through the Head of their Institution.
The Head of Institution should certify whether the applicant can be released from the current post if selected.
